After the successful sale of the Sorrento Hill Top House our clients secured a new site on the beach side with wonderful Bay and Sailing club views.

 

We worked together to expand the brief from that of the Hilltop House to accommodate the multigenerational needs of children and grandchildren.

 

The house, over 3 levels, is designed to maximise all available views by siting on the highest point of the site and working carefully within planning controls. The house is open to the bay and closed to road to reduce noise and ensure privacy.

 

The Upper level has extensive decks and large entertaining rooms and the Master Bedroom suite. Mid-level or Ground level has bedrooms for young families and guests and generous living rooms that opens to a covered deck and pool.

The underground level is for storage, plant and generous garaging. The three levels are connected by lifts and stairs. The lift will ensure longevity and ease of occupation.
